Best Western Plus Mirage Hotel & Resort

We have stayed here for the last three years during the Northern Bear Basketball tournament. Each time has been great! Nice rooms, good service, outstanding breakfast! Comfortable and worth the drive. Can't wait to come again.

Me and my friend stayed here on our way to yeg coming from nwt and it was amazing the hot tub was so relaxing probably cause there was no kids playing this time and their restaurant even better we got served by a little lady she was so kind she asked for any allergy’s and I do with onions, I’ve never gotten asked for something like that I usually have to send my food back at other places, and they have free HOT breakfast not much places do that now also there was an amazing lady for breakfast she made my day honestly, so kind and sweet I loved her shout out to all the best western employees especially Harlyn and hanni I 100% recommend this place

I have stayed at various Best Western Hotels but this is by far the best experience that I had. This is solely due to the excellent staff working at the hotel. Special shout-out to Divine for the kind, friendly, thoughtful service. Her service was above and beyond and done with a such big smile. She definitely embodies the spirit of the kind of high standards expected from this hotel chain. You are awesome!!! Thank you also to Komal at the front desk for your understanding and service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and personally hope to be back again.

I've been meaning to write this review, though it is about 4 months late. I stayed in June for just one night for work, and it happened to be on my birthday. The front staff upgraded my room (and declared it was "due to my birthday") and I ended up with a lovely one bedroom suite on the second floor - a lovely gesture that I really appreciated! My room was a little bit dated but honestly, I didn't mind. The room was still comfortable and I wasn't expecting a five-star, completely renovated hotel room. It had everything I needed for my stay and I was able to wind down after a long day of driving. I ordered room service and it came promptly. Breakfast was included, which is rare these days, and the selection was great! I always appreciate being able to have a hot breakfast before starting my day. I hadn't been to High Level before so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The front and restaurant staff were great, and the place was clean. Black out blinds for the longest days of the year were a must, and the ones this hotel used were perfect. Overall, happy with my stay and no complaints!

I had a great stay at the Best Western Plus in High Level, Alberta. The staff were all very welcoming and made the experience really comfortable. A special shoutout to Brinkley, Vaibhav, and Teresa — Teresa was especially kind and cheerful in the morning, which made my day start off right. Really appreciated the warm hospitality from everyone. Highly recommend staying here!

If you are travelling to High Level check out the Best Western Hotel. You won’t be disappointed. They have all the amenities you need - a pool (yes with a hot tub!), a fitness centre, and a business centre. Plus the food at the restaurant was so good! I ordered the Thai Soup and it was so good…. And there was so much that I had enough for a small lunch portion the next day! But most importantly the staff are fantastic. They are friendly and helpful and make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend!

This location has a great free breakfast and also offers a to go option. Check in was easy although they prefer you not arrive before 1600. Room was clean and well equipped after a long day on the road = exactly what we needed. It was a little noisy with kids excited about the pool...but that is kids for you. Lots of free parking. Small gym.

The stay was very good! Rooms were clean and spacious. The beds and washrooms were clean. I had a room downstairs with multiple entries to the room. The lock for the door facing the parking lot didn’t work. Other than that no issues.
